120 Acre Round Mountain Recreational Property

Location:  This property is located just East of the crest of Round Mountain in Southeastern Oklahoma in a very remote and secluded wilderness type setting surrounded by miles of privately owned timberlands to the North and a 10,000 acre cattle ranch to the South and East.  The property is about 12 miles NW of the town of Wister, Oklahoma.  Wister Lake State Park is about a 16-mile drive.  Tulsa, Oklahoma is about a 1.5-hour drive and Dallas, Texas is 4 hours.

Ø  Rural Electricity has been installed to the South side of the property where there is an electrical meter and circuit breaker box. 

Ø  There is a drilled water well that is 300 feet deep and equipped with a 1 HP electric submersible pump installed at 275 feet and also a hand operated back-up pump installed at 250 feet.  The water well pressure tank, pressure switches and water filter are housed inside of an 8 foot x 10 foot well house.

Ø  A septic system could be installed.

Ø  Propane gas can be purchased from the near-by communities.

Access:  This property has surveyed legal access by means of a natural gas lease road.  The road has a rocky base and provides all weather access to the property but a truck or vehicle with 4-wheel drive is recommended.
