Bob Bowman Broker Associate

Bob was born in Leflore County and grew up on a cattle ranch near Heavener, Oklahoma.  He graduated from Carl Albert State College in 1991 with an Associate of Science degree and from Oklahoma State University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.  Bob worked 26 years in the Oil and Gas Industry as an Engineer. He has lived in Houston Texas, Lafayette Louisiana, Calgary Canada, and Tulsa Oklahoma.  Bob currently resides in Poteau with his wife Sarah and their two children Bobby and Briley who attend Poteau Public School. Bob’s hobbies include hunting, fishing and attending his kids sporting events.  He currently manages over 2000 acres of timberland for timber production and wildlife habitat enhancement and continues to work on the ranch that his family started over 80 years ago.  Bob will specialize in Ranch, Mountain, Timber and Investment Grade Recreational Property. Sarah Bowman Sales Associate

Sarah grew up in Heavener OK. She graduated with an Associate of Applied Science from Carl Albert State College, A Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University.

Sarah has worked in Healthcare for 25 years, working as a nurse for the Mercy Health System, and currently works for Kiamichi Technology Center as an Instructor. She has taught general study, Nursing, and Medical courses. Sarah is also serving as an Adjunct Faculty Member for Eastern Oklahoma State College and Carl Albert State College.

Sarah resides in Poteau with her husband Bob. They have two kids Bobby and Briley who attend Poteau Public School. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and attending her kids’ activities and sporting events.

Sarah is a member of the American Heart Association, Emergency Care and Safety Institute, and The Oklahoma Association for Career and Technical Education Organization. Sarah has a passion for helping others and looks forward to helping you with your real estate needs. Art Drury Sales Agent

Art and Stella were both born in Howe, Ok and now reside in Poteau. They have spent most of their lives here in LeFlore County and were married in 1993. Art has worked in the coal mines, building trade and worked in the County Clerks' Office at the courthouse for 21 years with most of it serving as 1st Deputy until he retired in 2003. After his retirement, he temporarily went back into the building trade and also worked two years for 1st Nat'l Bank as inspector/appraiser. Stella served in the Leflore County Treasurers' Office for 27 years, the last 8 years serving as the County Treasurer until her retirement in 2004. She and Art both are looking forward to serving the people of Leflore County once again in this new capacity.

Larry Huddleston Provisional Sales Associate

Larry Huddleston was born in Texarkana, Texas in 1999.  He grew up in Southeast Okalhoma, living in many towns such as Broken Bow, Idabel, Valliant and others.  He moved to Poteau, Oklahoma in 2019 to help start up his family's local business, where he sells and services lawn and farming equipment.  He is very excited to take his experience with community and customer service and direct it toward real estate.  

Larry specializes in selling country homes, residential homes, farms, hobby farms, ranches, commercial, cabins, off-grid cabins, hunting, recreational and lake area properties.  He enjoys living and working in the proximity of the Ouachita National Forest, Lake Wister State Park, Cedar Land and the equestrian trails, the scenic Talimena Drive, and the numerous tails in Southeastern Oklahoma.  With his familiarity of most of southeastern Oklahoma, Larry is confident he can make it easy for anyone to find the property that is right for them.

Jim Mixon is a lifelong resident of LeFlore County. He is married to Lois and they reside on a farm located near Poteau. Jim is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University of Abilene, Texas with a degree in business and economics. Jim Mixon is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Oklahoma and Arkansas. Jim is Oklahoma State Director for United Country Real Estate, member of the board of directors of The Community State Bank of Poteau, chairman of the Poteau Airport Committee, deacon and Sunday school teacher at the First Baptist Church of Poteau, past president of the LeFlore-Sequoyah County Board of Realtors, past president of the Poteau Lions Club and a member of the Airplane Owners and Pilots Assn. Jim’s hobbies include quarter horses, antique cars and flying.

Brant Ridenour Sales Agent

Brant grew up in the country five miles east of Cameron, Oklahoma.  He graduated from Cameron High School in 1991 and from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Apprenticeship Program in 2000.  Brant worked for Southwestern Bell/AT&T for 17 years and began investing in his own small businesses.  He holds an Oklahoma and Arkansas Journeyman Electrician license, an Oklahoma Home Inspector license, and an Oklahoma Real Estate license.  Brant currently resides in Poteau with his wife Melana.  Brant’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.  Brant has a love of land and he has an appreciation of turnkey homes and fixer-uppers.  He would love to help you find the type of property you are looking for or list your property and help you find the buyer that can turn your house into their home.

Melana Ridenour Provisional Sales Associate

Melana has lived in LeFlore County since 1988.  She graduated from Carl Albert State College in 1990 with an associates' degree and left the area to attend college at Oklahoma Panhandle State University, earning a Bachelors degree in 1993.  She returned to the area in 1994 and has worked in education since that time.  She earned a Master's degree in 2008 from the University of Phoenix.  She currently resides in Poteau with her husband Brant, who is also a real estate agent.  They enjoy remodeling homes together, bringing their vision to life.  Melana's hobbies include singing, baking, entertaining friends and family, and spending time with children and grandchildren.  She and her husband also are co-owners of three small businesses in the regional area.  Melana will specialize in residential homes, country homes, ranches, and investment properties.  Melana has an appreciation for homes in need of remodeling and updating, as well as new construction and would love to help you find the type of property you are looking for.

Libby was raised in Sequoyah County and grew up in the Central/Akins area. She graduated in 1992 from Central High School and later Carl Albert State College in Sallisaw, OK.

Libby obtained her real estate licenses in 2006 and in 2010 obtained her Brokers Licenses at which time she owned and operated Courtesy Realty in Sallisaw, OK until 2022. Working as both a Buyer’s  and Seller’s Agent Libby has worked with many sellers, their attorneys and is very familiar with the probate process. Over the last 17 years she closed numerous properties for both buyers and seller in Sequoyah, Adair, Cherokee, Haskell and LeFlore County. She specializes in raw land, residential, recreational, lake properties, farm and ranch, country homes and commercial properties.

Libby currently lives in Sallisaw, OK and enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog Tank. Some of her hobbies include fishing, horseback riding, traveling and oil painting.

Darali K. Mixon is Owner/Broker of United Country-Mixon Real Estate. She is a native of LeFlore County, and grew up in Heavener, Oklahoma, on the family cattle and hay ranch. She has an Associate’s Degree from Carl Albert State College in Poteau, and a Bachelor’s Degree in counseling from Northeastern State College in Tahlequah, OK.

Darali Mixon obtained her real estate license in 1995, and began working for her mother and father-in-law, Jim and Lois Mixon, as a sales associate in the family business which has been established in Poteau since 1957.

Darali and the Mixon Family spend their time away from the office on a private hobby farm just outside of Poteau where they enjoy their French Bulldogs, horses and gardening.
