Off-Grid Cabin:  There is a 16’ wide x 20’ long off-grid cabin on the property with a 10’ wide x 20’ long covered front porch area.  The cabin has a red iron metal frame structure with 26 gauge R-panel exterior.  The cabin is well insulated with 2” thick foam in the walls and spray foam on the interior roof of the cabin.  The cabin has a 400 Watt solar panel system complete with two batteries and pure sign wave 2500 Watt inverter system.  There is a charge controller system designed to prevent overcharging of the battery bank.  From the inverter, electrical wiring has been installed to lights and wall outlets in the cabin.  There is a water catchment system that catches rain water off the cabin roof and stores it in a 250-gallon storage tank.  This water is used for washing dishes and also for the indoor toilet.  There is shelving along the cabin interior walls as well as two beds.
