Agent’s Comments:  Land with frontage to the Ouachita National Forest is limited in supply.  It is even harder to find this type land with legal all weather access with utilities running for ¼ mile along the South property line.  This land lays within close proximity to established ATV and hiking trails.  In my opinion, this property checks all the boxes.  The land is well suited for division and construction of weekend rental cabins or a nice full time development.  Located in one of the last undisturbed pristine wilderness settings.
