The exterior of the cabin has new low maintenance 26 gauge coloured metal on the roof and exterior walls with vinyl siding in the soffit areas. The cabin has a new dual head mini split HVAC system, new PEX plumbing, new electric tankless on-demand hot water heater and new wood colored vinyl wood flooring through out. Living Room: 15 feet x 15.5 feet – This room would be a cozy place to spend the evening. There is a free-standing wood burning radiant type stove in the corner. The walls are covered in rustic wood coloured panelling and the floors are covered in wood colored vinyl wood flooring. This area has a built-in entertainment centre. The living room is open to the kitchen area.
Kitchen: 8.5 feet x 15 feet - The kitchen has nice solid oak cabinetry with Formica counter tops. The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, dish washer, gas stove, vent hood and trash compactor. There is a bar area open to the living room with room for two bar stools. There is a wine rack and custom wood shelving in the kitchen/living room area.
Kitchen Table Area: 8 feet x 7.5 feet – There is a room for a small kitchen table. This room has two sets of windows with views toward Billy Creek.
Bedroom: 15.5 feet x 14.5 feet – The bedroom has rustic tongue and groove white pine on the ceiling and the walls are covered in wood colored paneling. There is a wood burning stove in the corner of the bedroom and several windows with wood blinds that can be opened for a view towards Billy Creek. The bedroom has doors that open to a new back deck that measures 8 feet wide x 24 feet long and also a set of doors that open to a 6 foot x 21 foot front porch. There is a 5.5 feet x 6.5 feet walk-in closet with loft storage area at the side of the bedroom.
Back Deck: 8 feet x 24 feet - The bedroom has a set of doors that open to a back deck. This deck is new construction. This is a great place to set in the early morning and evening. The sound of flowing water down Billy Creek is very relaxing and peaceful.
Office: 7.5 feet x 14.5 feet - There is an office area at the side of the bedroom. There is a window in the office area with blinds that can be opened up to view Billy Creek. There is built-in wall shelving and lighting.
Bathroom: 8 feet x 8 feet – The bathroom has a corner shower unit with glass doors, sink and wood vanity with lighting and toilet.
Front Porch: 8 feet wide x 24 feet long – The front porch has a view toward Billy Creek Road. There is a wooden porch swing.
