LOCATION: Central Eastern Oklahoma in LeFlore County. This section is characterized by low, rolling mountains and narrow creek valleys in which are located small farms and ranches. ACCESS: Access to this land is by a gas well road and through a locked gate to assure privacy and security. The locked gate is on Wildhorse Road which is about 1.5 miles from the land.
SERVICES: Off-grid at this time. An electric line is about ½ mile with easements in place for future installation of services if offered. LP gas delivery is available. School bus and mail service are at the locked gate on Wildhorse Road.
LAND: There are 190 acres of land that are covered in mature timber that is native to southeastern Oklahoma including a diverse variety of oak trees, native shortleaf pine timber, eastern red cedar, elm and hickory. The property of the terrain is very gently sloping with a moderate elevation variation of approximately 200 feet over ½ mile of distance. The land slopes upward to an elevated knoll measuring about 10 acres in area, which provides a panoramic view of the mountain ranges and valleys in the distance.
