Home:  There is an old homestead located on the property with several structures including a home, smoke house, well house, outhouse, chicken house and log style barn.  According to the LeFlore County Assessor’s records the home was originally constructed in 1890 and the owner reports that the building was used as the Stapp Zoe school house for many years before being converted into the family home.  The home contains 1748 ft2 of heated and cooled living area with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.  All of the structures on the property need repair work.
