Location:  This property is located in a remote and secluded wilderness type setting surrounded by miles of privately owned timberlands.  The property is roughly 6 miles Northwest of the small town of Talihina, Oklahoma in LeFlore County – Southeastern Oklahoma.

Services to Property:  This is off-grid property meaning that there is not access to public utilities in the immediate area.  Instead of relying on traditional infrastructure, off-grid properties generate their own power through renewable energy sources.  Off-grid properties might also use alternative methods for water supply such as rainwater harvesting and water wells.  Also it is feasible to build ponds in some mountainous areas.

Land:  There are 40 acres (more or less) of land included in this transaction.  The property is completely covered with a stand of mature timber that is native to southeastern Oklahoma including some large saw log size native shortleaf pine trees. There is a logging road that goes through the property with roughly 12 acres lying on the North side of the road and the balance on the south side.  There is enough elevation change and enough flat ground on the property where a few trees could be removed to provide a good building location for an off-grid cabin with good mountain and valley views.  Wildlife are frequently seen in this area.
